Please review our return policy carefully before your purchase! All returns will be for store credit only.
- All return items must be shipped or returned in-store within 7 days of the date of original purchase.
- Please allow 48 hours after receipt of your return for your return to be processed.
- No refunds! Store credit is issued for all returns. Store credit never expires and is easy to use online or in-store.
- All sale items, jewelry and headbands are final sale.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Your return must be unworn, unwashed, free of strong odors with the original tags attached.
***Holiday Returns and Exchanges must be received on or before January 5, 2022. Absolutely no returns or exchanges allowed for 2021 holiday purchases after that date!
Holiday shipping dates 2021
You can have your domestic shipments arrive by December 25, 2021 if you send your packages before the cut-off date. The cut-off date varies depending on the carrier and the shipping services used for the package.
The following shipping cut-off dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are based on expected holiday shipping volumes. Due to COVID-19's continued effects on shipping routes and facilities, unexpected delays are still possible. Ship your orders as early as possible to ensure they reach customers by December 25, 2021.
